EBEC – Alternative Provision

EBEC is a respite provision which provides students with small tutoring and therapeutic support which enables them to return to main stream setting or other educational provision.  

It offers some aspects of the national curriculum and accommodates students for full days. Some lessons such as PE and drama are held off site.  

EBEC includes Breakfast Club which starts at 8:30. End of day at EBEC is 2:45pm.

A report is sent once a week to the placement school detailing the students academic and behavioural achievement. For a student to be placed at EBEC a meeting must held with student, their parent/ carer, representative from their school and the Assistant Principal.

Before a student starts at EBEC the student referral form (Appendix I) must be completed and returned to EBEC.

Please contact the school for details on how to refer a student and the charges. Once a placement is agreed with Miss King or Mr Cornish an invoice will be sent to directly to you. 

Please note the amount payable is non-refundable in the event the student is absent.
